Online Registration Instructions

  • Click on ‘Register Now’ for the appropriate fee level (small box at bottom of page) 
  • If ‘7th Annual Conference on ADHD and Executive Function’ appears under ‘Shopping Cart’, click on ‘Checkout’ (think of this as ‘continue’). 
  • Register as a new registrant, or sign in if you already have an account (username is your e-mail). 
  • When the conference name appears again, click on ‘Checkout’ (again, think of this as ‘continue’).
  • Continuing Education Credit – Please use dropdown list for credential or choose Not Applicable (you must complete this). Click on ‘continue’. 
  • If applicable, please add in your discount code, and click ‘apply to total’.
  • Complete Transaction and print your registration receipt.

Lunch

There are restaurants in the area, or you can reserve and pay $12 for a lunch with Alexandra Jordan, Hilton Garden Inn Conference Sales Manager, at 724-743-5009 or alexander.jordan@hilton.com.  Choices are: 1) Vegetable Sandwich; 2) Ham with Cheese; or 3) Turkey with Cheese.  Each sandwich comes with a soda and fruit.  For further details, please contact Ms. Jordan. 


    Please direct general questions and requests to pay via a Journal Transfer to Nancy Mundy at mundynl@upmc.edu.  Full tuition must accompany your registration.  A $25 administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds for cancellations.  No refunds can be issued once the program has begun.  Please register by August 10, 2018 to take advantage of the lowest tuition rate.
