Pennsylvania CareerLink has a network of local offices throughout Pennsylvania that provide a one-stop delivery of career services. CareerLink offices provide a wide variety of employment-related services and are available to assist in the job search process. The following services are available at no cost to the consumer. - Assistance in developing a job search plan, including self-evaluation and locating/contacting employers

- Listings of job demands and employment trends
- State and Federal Civil Service
- Information and applications for both State and Federal Civil Service positions
- Veterans Services
- Veteran Employment Representatives available to provide priority services to eligible veterans
- Job Training
- Trainings and vocational education opportunities (no-cost programs available to those that qualify)
